Be Aware of What you're putting into your body!

When looking at your groceries look at the ingredients and spot out any of the below. If you see any of these, please put the item down!

Vegetable Oils: can lead to increase inflammation of the body and potentially contribute to disease

Sugar Alcohols: these sugar substitute do not digested the same way as regular sugar and aren't fully absorbed by the body. This can be the cause of bloating, gas and diarreha.Ā 

GMO's: they are toxic and can lead to disease.

High Fructose Corn Syrup: this is the primary cause of obesity in America and also contribute to diabetes and other diseases.

This a reminder that we are not perfect but to have this in moderation and to be *mindful* of what we are putting into our only home... OUR BODY!

That I use when I shop! *note some of TJ's produce is not the best so I suggest going your local farm or grocery store by you with great produce!

Produce + Bread

  • Organic Lettuce (romaine, arugula and etc)
  • Cucumbers
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Organic Lemons
  • Organic Avocados
  • Organic Bananas

  • Figs (when in season)

Protein

I personally don't like the meat at TJ's but if you do - go for it! Make sure it's organic.

  • Ground Beef
  • Turkey Burgers (frozen aisle)
