Tatiana earned her degree in  Nutrition & Exercise Sciences and is an ACSM certified personal trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, CFSC-L1, Pronatal, and Pain Free Performance Specialist. From a young age, Tatiana valued her health and fitness and soon realized she could share her expertise and passion with others. With years of experience transforming people's bodies and minds, she creates fitness programs like MOVE BETTER and her awarded app.
