Tatiana earned her degree in Ā Nutrition & Exercise Sciences and is an ACSM certified personal trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, CFSC-L1, Pronatal, and Pain Free Performance Specialist. From a young age, Tatiana valued her health and fitness and soon realized she could share her expertise and passion with others. With years of experience transforming people's bodies and minds, she creates personalized fitness programs and her awarded app - Training with T.
