The workout program

Through my corrective exercise approach you will learn how to properly execute exercises.

  • 3 workouts a week that are strength + pilates basedĀ 
  • GoodĀ form = best results and no risk for injuries
  • Movement is medicine. We'llĀ definitely beĀ moving your body

You will be taking your week 1 and week 12 transformation photos to see how far you've come!

Nutrition support

WithĀ guidance from me and your registered dietitians you will have a better understanding of how to fuel your body

  • Learn the importance of your macronutrient intakes
  • Complete a 10 day sugar detox
  • Have access to registered dietitian's recipes
  • Additional nutrition knowledge

Mindset

You'll be working with our guest mindset coach within the 12 weeks:

  • To have a better outlook on the way you look at yourself

You’ll finish the 12 weeks physically and mentally stronger than when you first started.
